Q. What are the core focus areas for your dealer partners in a post-COVID world?
In order to tackle the current situation and to address the mobility needs of our customers across India, our dealerships focus on the three areas of safety, quality and digitalisation.
Safety: Ensuring the safety and hygiene of customers and employees as its top priority, HMIL is setting up new safety guidelines in compliance with the government regulations for its dealer partners. They cover every aspect of regular sanitization, contactless customer interaction to contactless demonstration and servicing.
Quality: With the changing times, customer expectations towards car buying and ownership experience have seen exponential increase, especially for quality products and trusted brands. With this in mind, we have been continuously working to provide quality products and services further enhancing our capabilities to exceed customer expectations.
Digitalisation: As a progressive and caring brand, Hyundai has always been at the forefront of providing Smart Mobility Solutions to empower our new age customers with an unmatched lifestyle experience. The core areas of our digitalisation are:-
1. Click-to-Buy: India’s first comprehensive end-to-end car buying platform;
2. Hyundai Care app: Mobile application to assist the customers with all forms of sales and service;
3. Hyundai Mobility Membership: India’s first smart ownership and lifestyle experience; and
4. Contactless Sales & Service through WhatsApp.
