The Prada Phone 3, a new model available from major mobile phone manufacturer LG, was announced for the UK market last November. With the New Year come expectations that the LG will soon be available through retailers in this country, broadening the already large selection of phones available to residents of the UK. LG is continuing to expand into the Android smartphone arena with its latest offering, known as the Spectrum. Featuring an HD screen and a 1,280 x 720 pixel display, the Spectrum appears to be positioned to compete against the popular Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone, although LG's own comments on the matter are restricted to insisting that the Spectrum is ideal for watching videos since its exclusive RGB striping technique produces superior colours to any other smartphone on the market at this time.
