Samsung S8500 Wave Description

The Samsung Wave could well be the mobile phone of the summer. The first thing youll notice is the Super AMOLED touchscreen which is quite simply the clearest, brightest display weve seen on a mobile phone. Apart from day to day web browsing the screen is perfect for watching movies taken on the Wave's HD capable video camera.

Rather than go with the all too commom Android or Symbian operating systems found on most high end phones Samsung have developed their own OS, called Bada, and developed an app store to provide a decent range of downloadable apps. The Wave also pulls in your Facebook and Twitter updates as they happen. Rounding off the Wave's feature set are WiFi and HSDPA to keep you connected, GPS for route planning and a decent media player.
