How to Claim Cash back With Your Mobile Phone
Many of the mobile phone deals available today include an element of cashback - each retailer has a slightly different procedure for claiming cash back which we've outlined below. Please ensure you follow the steps for your retailer correctly to ensure you get your cashback promptly.

Your cashback is paid out in stages over the life of your contract - at months 6,9 and 12. Please refer to this page for full details on how to claim.
Claiming your cash back with Dialaphone
Your cash back will be paid automatically 28 days after your phone is connected. There's no need to make a claim or send in any paperwork.
Claiming your cash back with Phones4U
You'll recieve a claim form within 30 days of getting your new mobile, simply follow the instructions on this form to get your cash back. Please note you only have 60 days in which to claim so don't forget!
Claiming your cash back with e2Save, OneStopPhoneShop or Carphone Warehouse
To claim your cashback you need to send in specific bills as the cashback is paid in stages throughout your contract. When working out which bill to send in remember month 1 is the month you purchased, regardless of the date you ordered i.e. if you purchased on the 28th January 2009 your 6th bill required would be dated in June 2009
Month 1 - January 2009 (the month you purchased)
Month 2 - February 2009
Month 3 - March 2009
Month 4 - April 2009
Month 5 - May 2009
Month 6 - June 2009 (this is month 6)
You will need to send in your 6th, 9th and 12th mobile phone bill. Please make a note in your diary to send in your bills when you order as you only have 60 days from each bill to claim.
Claiming your cashback with Beepy.co.uk
You'll receive a claim form along with your phone, simply return this along with your first mobile phone bill and your cheque will be sent to you.
Claiming your cash back with BuyMobilePhones.net
There's no need to claim your cashback with BuyMobilePhones.net, your cash will be paid directly into your bank account within 90 days of your phone being delivered. There's no extra paperwork to fill out.
Claiming your cash back with AffordableMobiles.co.uk
AffordableMobiles.co.uk will send you a cheque for your cashback automatically within 14 days of your new mobile being connected. There's no need to make any claims or send in any paperwork.
Claiming your cash back with Mobiles2YourDoor.co.uk
Once you're entitled to your cash back Mobiles2YourDoor will send you a claim form through the post. Simply complete the form and return then your cheque will be sent out to you within at most 30 days. You'll also be sent a claim form for your next cashback payment along with details of how to claim. Please note you have 60 days to claim your cashback - if you wait longer than this your claim is likely to be rejected.
