How to Claim a Free Gift with your Mobile Phone
If you've taken out a mobile phone deal that includes a free gift you'll no doubt want to get your hands on your gift as soon as possible! The procedure to claim your free gift varies slightly between retailers so we've outlined how to claim below.
Claiming your free gift with Mobiles.co.uk
If you've ordered a free gift deal with Mobiles.co.uk there's actually no need to claim atall. Your gift will be sent at the same time as your mobile so there's nothing else to do. Please note that if you decide to return your mobile phone for any reason you will of course have to return the gift as well!
Claiming your free gift with Dialaphone or Phones4U
There's no need to make a claim if you've ordered a free gift deal with Phones4U or Dialaphone - your gift will be sent along with your phone.
Claiming your free gift with e2Save, OneStopPhoneShop or Carphone Warehouse
All free gifts from e2Save, OneStopPhoneShop and Carphone Warehouse are delivered at the same time as your phone.
Claiming your free gift with Beepy.co.uk
When you order a free gift deal with Beepy.co.uk you'll receive a gift certificate along with your new mobile. Simply return this along with your first bill (photocopies/print outs etc are acceptable) and your gift will be sent out to you straight away.
Claiming your free gift with BuyMobilePhones.net
When you order a free gift deal with BuyMobilePhones.net you'll recieve a gift claim form along with your new phone. Simple return this along with a photocopy of some ID (driving licence/passport etc) and your gift will be sent to you the same day. For example if you order a mobile on the Monday your phone will arive on Tuesday, send your form back and your gift will be with you on Thursday.
Claiming your free gift with AffordableMobiles.co.uk
All free gifts ordered with AffordableMobiles.co.uk are sent out along with your phone so there's no need to make any claims.
Claiming your free gift with Mobiles2YourDoor.co.uk
If you ordered a free gift deal with Mobiles2YourDoor.co.uk before 2 December 2009 your gift will be authorised for despatch 28 days after connection of your phone, then it will take up to 7 days to arrive. If you order through Mobiles2YourDoor.co.uk today your gift will arrive along with your new mobile.
